5. Outreach to a prospect: Once in awhile you'll want to reach out to a prospect you don't know. Here's how to do that without embarrassing yourself.   

6. Scripts: You'll receive actual word-by-word scripting for these various marketing conversations that you can then adapt and fine-tune for your unique situation.

4. Social Media: How to subtly communicate your marketing message through social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
